Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Upgraded Vision. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch and deliver your order. We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During sale periods or times of high demand, processing may take slightly longer; if so, we will keep you informed.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location within Australia.
Please note that the total time to receive your order is the processing time plus the delivery time. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, remote delivery locations, weather, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any applicable charges will be shown clearly before payment.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your tracking information within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at upgradedvision@use.startmail.com.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If an order is returned to us for this reason, you may be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Items
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, or arrives damaged, please contact us at upgradedvision@use.startmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Your rights in relation to delivery, and in relation to goods that are damaged, defective or not as described, are protected by the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes those rights, including your right to have goods delivered within a reasonable time.
